Though i never got to know her personally her charitable work and the LOVE she showered to the many people out there has always inspired me. The one thing i LOVE about her is her HUMILITY towards MANKIND.

Where are Mah Makkals at The Dance Floor?

I was watching the MediaCorp's newest reality show "The Dance Floor", with all the auditions and the first "shuffle round"....You guys know what was running through my twisted mind? Where the HELL are the Indians? There were a few scattered here and there but not even ONE serious full Indian Dance Group.

What happened to the Rameshwara's and the Syndicates and the one with the Human Monkey (eheh)??? I saw SO many dance groups in the Vasantham Central "DHOOL" comp, so I'll bet all my annual leave on the fact that there are really good dancers amongst us...

D'ya guys think that a major factor that is holding 'em back is the fear of PUBLIC humilation? Are they afraid that they will not be to take in criticism by *QUALIFIED* judges and not certain numbskulls who are just sponsors or radio deejays??? It is very sad to see to such good talent going to waste in Vasantham Central and of course those comps held in CCs and Polys.

Capote

For movie lovers out there this movie is worth watching. Especially for those who love engaging and a touch of seriousness kind of show.

Capote(released in 2005) is a biography of an artist known as Truman Capote, who is a novelist, playwrighter and short-story writer. Its a story about Truman gaining international fame with his non-fiction novel( In Cold Blood), an account of a real life crime in which an entire family was murdered by sociopaths.

The lead actor, Phillip Seymour Hoffman( academy award winner), was fantastic. I mean i love actors like Anthony Hopkins, Jack Nicholson, Nicholas Cage(to name a few) but after watching Capote i think i'm going to add Hoffman as one of my favourites.
He was so involved in his role as Capote that you wonder if the real artist was really like that. Hoffman's facial expression and mannerisms that he portrayed in the movie was really excellent. He deserved the academy award.

I'm not going to tell much of the movie( kill the suspense) but i'm encouraging you to watch it.

Enjoy the movie.......

Guess what??? As i'm posting rite now there's something so 'sinful' and yet pleasurable sitting in front of me.

Gosh........its so great it just melts in your mouth.......wanna know wat it is?????


Hahaha............BROWNIES ( from Secret Recipe ) topped with light vanilla ice-cream.

Yes.......something all of you should try( forget about the diet.....you can work it out the next day).

So go get your brownies( best i've tasted so far.....SECRET RECIPE and CAFE CARTEL ) and a tub of vanilla ice-cream( just the rite flavour) .

Scoop one spoonful of ice-cream and place it nicely on the brownie. There you go......simple isn't it.

Sit in front of the tv, watch a movie and enjoy that plate of brownie and ice-cream.....you'll never regret.
